Prodigy recently completed a beautiful home in Kennewick’s Inspiration Estates neighborhood! Modified from our new Soprano Basement plan, this gorgeous transitional home features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a spacious daylight basement with a large rec room. We’d love to show you around!
The first thing you would notice walking into this home is its extremely spacious, open layout. The staircase leading down into the basement is directly off the front entryway, which flows easily into the great room.
Elegant yet warm, this all-white kitchen is perfectly balanced. The gray backsplash doesn’t pop out too forcefully against the gray wall, but, because of its herringbone pattern, it still stands out. Shaker cabinetry is timeless, and complements the simple craftsman lines of this home. And those pendant lights aren’t big or flashy, but they add a touch of sparkle. Another really great feature is the transom windows located above the cabinets. These let natural light in, and also serves to break up the outside wall of the house.
A large stainless steel apron sink is practical for washing dishes, and it’s also a stunning focal point for an island.
One of the great things about Inspiration Estates is the stunning views it offers, and this large window takes full advantage of that. A stainless steel ceiling fan in a traditional silhouette looks absolutely wonderful in this space.
This elegant master bath features marble tile on the floor and on the tub surround. The cabinets are Huntwood’s “Sienna” stain, which coordinates well with the color of the hardwood elsewhere in the home. A nearly invisible euro glass door opens into the shower, and its transparency shows off the beautiful pebble flooring and wood-grain tile walls.
This sparkling white laundry room features white cabinetry and a quartz countertop. The backsplash brings in some blues, greens, and warm neutrals. In a laundry room like this one, you may just forget that doing laundry is supposed to be a chore.
Now, you may initially think that a bathroom with a door that opens to the patio is a little strange. But it’s actually a brilliant plan for a future pool or hot tub. When guests come over to swim, they won’t have to walk dripping wet through the house until they come to the nearest bathroom. Instead, they step through this convenient side door, and they’re there.
