Just how much room for variation is there in Prodigy’s standard floorplans? To show you, we’ll compare three different kitchens. All of these homes were built from our Viola plan, but we think you’ll agree they each have their own unique flair.
This first example is brimming with character. The delicate floral design of the tile accent is an absolutely beautiful touch, and it complements the backsplash well. White cabinets with antiquing and rope molding create a very elegant look, while pendant lights in three different colors are a playful touch.

The next example strikes a more traditional tone. While the cabinets are very similar to the ones in the previous kitchen, switching out stainless steel hardware for bronze creates a look that is worlds different. The basketweave tile backsplash in a muted color adds texture without stealing the show from the focal point of the kitchen: that gorgeous copper vent hood.
Finally, we have this stunning kitchen. Bold, sculptural pendant lights draw the eye, while a wood-grain tile backsplash is a subtle choice. Unlike the other two examples, this kitchen features a glass pantry door, and the island has a slight curve to it. The dazzling professional series refrigerator and freezer really set this kitchen apart. The overall effect is a transitional kitchen with both contemporary style and timeless appeal.
As you can see, it’s easy to use one of Prodigy’s standard plans to create a truly special home, tailored to suit your style.
