This dazzling home is one of our more recent builds. Built from our Beethoven plan, it includes 3 bedrooms plus an office, 2.5 baths, and flowing, open layout. It was built in Pasco’s new Eagle Crest neighborhood. Allow us to show you around!
This gorgeous stucco exterior is “Dovetail” (SW 7018) from Sherwin Williams, with Urbane Bronze (SW 7048) for the trim. The white limestone accents provide excellent contrast against these darker neutrals, while the front doors are painted the same color as the body, blending in nicely. As you can see, Eagle Crest is still a very new neighborhood, giving this home room to breathe.
What an entryway! The double doors with their gorgeous windows allow natural light to enter, as does the transom window above. The wainscoting and dropped crown provide classic charm, while the LED lighting is an unexpected touch. But that marble floor is definitely the highlight. The herringbone pattern draws the eye along, elongating the room. Absolutely breathtaking!
It’s hard to follow up that entryway, but this living room pulls it off. A lighted box-beam ceiling immediately draws the eye upwards, but let’s not miss that elegant marble fireplace surround, which is a perfect background for a sleek modern fireplace. The 12 ft slider is also a great addition to any room, letting in lots of light and connecting the indoors with the outdoors. As with every Prodigy Home, though, it’s the little details that really make it special; the wood-wrapped columns that mark the transition from the entryway to the rest of the house are a beautiful touch.
The master bath, with its corner tub layout, is one of the signature features of a Beethoven. This one strikes an elegant-yet-cozy vibe. The muted tones create a relaxing, spa-like environment, while the wood-grain tile and chevron accents add texture. The effect is extremely inviting.
Speaking of texture, this shower has plenty of that. It continues the wood-grain with the chevron accents, and adds in a floor tile that is reminiscent of parquet. It also offers both a standard shower head and a rain head, for a luxurious showering experience.
